Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that contribute to the overall marketing goals of the company.

Requirements
- Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing skills
- Digital Marketing and Web Analytics skills
- Exemplary communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrable experience in creating digital campaigns that achieve marketing objectives
- Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Experience in creating compelling content and graphics for digital marketing campaigns
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing is a plus
- Google or Facebook certifications are a plus
- SEO: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings on search engines. Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page optimization to enhance organic search performance.
- PPC: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
- SEM: Implement SEM strategies to increase brand visibility and drive quality traffic through paid search campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into SEM activities.
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create and manage social media content calendar, including planning and scheduling posts.
- Creative Design and UX: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging creatives for digital marketing campaigns. Ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience for website visitors through effective UX strategies.
- Must-have: 1+ years of experience with Google Ads, Digital Marketing, SEO, and IT Services/Consulting.
- Comfortable working in an onsite setting.
